An exciting opportunity for an experienced Building Services Manager to join a highly successful main contractor.

Duties:

  • Manage all discipline sub-contractors to produce and maintain a detailed contract programme aligned with the overall project schedule.
  • Ensure sub-contractors submit weekly reports covering labour, plant, and materials.
  • Conduct quality inspections throughout the construction stages, ensuring compliance with the drawings, specifications, and quality procedures.

Experience:

  • Hold a qualification in a recognised Building Services subject (HNC/Degree level).
  • Previous experience working in a Building Services role with main contractors is preferred.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations, including The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and CDM 2015.
