Are you an experienced Customer Care Technician with a background working within new build housing? Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a regional new build housing developer, who are currently looking to hire a Customer Care Technician to join them on a permanent basis to work on sites across the Birmingham area. As a Customer Care Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out snagging tasks on properties still within their warranty period and ensuring a quality customer journey along the way.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in a similar role for a new build housing developer.
  • Experience across multiple trades.
  • Excellent customer facing experience.
  • A solid background in Carpentry is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to defects reported within the warranty period of purchasers and clients.
  • Ensure works are completed to an excellent standard.
  • Liaise with homeowners and carry out effective back up cover to subcontractors.
  • Be responsible for health and safety to both operative and the occupants of the property.
