Site Manager - Bangor - 2 Months
Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a regional, construction main contractor, who are looking for an experienced Site manager to join them for the next 2 months in a project in Bangor.
The ideal candidate, will have experience working on care home projects.
Key Requirements
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid tickets.
- In-date Enhanced DBS certificate
- Proven experience managing similar new build construction projects.
- Strong health & safety and site procedure knowledge is essential.
Key Duties
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations.
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme.
- Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance.
- Reporting into the senior operations team on project updates.
- Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is on budget.
- Coordinating works across site and conducting constant quality checks.
