Are you an experienced Assistant Site Manager with a background working on Social Housing projects? Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a regional regeneration contractor, who are currently looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis across projects in the East Midlands. The initial project is an externals roofing contract in Nottingham, with further projects across Nottingham, Derby or Leicester.
As an Assistant Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in working with the Site Manager on site, ensuring quality is upheld and the project is progressing.

What are we looking for?
- Prior experience working as a Site Supervisor/Assistant Site Manager for a social housing contractor.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach.
- Strong understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation.
- Current CSCS Card and ideally, SMSTS.
- Full UK Driving Licence is required.
