Job Opportunity: MU Manager – UK Location: Blackburn

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced MU Manager to lead and manage a team within the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) sector. This is a replacement position following the resignation of the previous manager after years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of 12 staff across various roles, including purchases, sales, logistics, warehouse, customer service, and general management.
  • Oversee and set clear targets for the sales team, including 3 regional sales representatives (North, Central, and South).
  • Drive business growth by conquering new markets within the underrepresented PPE sector.
  • Grow annual turnover beyond £5 million and support the performance of field sales teams.
  • Conduct market monitoring and actively seek new development opportunities.
  • Split responsibilities between field presence (50%) for team supervision, business development, and operational management (50%).
