The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and proactive Global Trade Compliance Manager to lead all trade compliance activities across the United Kingdom and European Union. This is a senior-level position reporting directly to the Director of Global Trade Compliance. You will play a key role in ensuring regulatory alignment, optimizing customs processes, and partnering with both internal stakeholders and external authorities to uphold best practices in import/export compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of import/export compliance across UK and EU sites Serve as the primary contact for customs authorities and regulatory bodies Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain up-to-date product classifications, export control records, and tariff codes Lead the development of compliance programs, procedures, and training materials Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers Support licensing applications, regulatory submissions, and trade documentation Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in trade compliance or import/export operations Strong knowledge of UK/EU customs regulations, EAR, HTS codes, and export licensing processes Proven experience working with SAP and/or other ERP systems Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority What We Offer A high-impact role within a global organization Remote or hybrid working flexibility Opportunities for professional growth and cross-border collaboration If you are a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of trade compliance and a drive for continuous improvement, we encourage you to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
