We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced MU Manager to lead and manage a team within the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) sector. This is a replacement position following the resignation of the previous manager after 2.5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 12 staff across various roles, including purchases, sales, logistics, warehouse, customer service, and general management.
- Oversee and set clear targets for the sales team, including 3 regional sales representatives (North, Central, and South).
- Drive business growth by conquering new markets within the underrepresented PPE sector.
- Grow annual turnover beyond £5 million and support the performance of field sales teams.
- Conduct market monitoring and actively seek new development opportunities.
- Split responsibilities between field presence (50%) for team supervision, business development, and operational management (50%), with P&L responsibility.
Role Structure:
- Territory: UK & Ireland
- 2 days per week in the office
- 3 days per week in the field
Compensation Package:
- Starting at £60,000 base salary - negotiable depending on experience.
