Job Description
- Lead large-scale, multi-site, or multi-country Manhattan Active WMS transformation programs from strategy through deployment & Hypercare.
- Define program governance, delivery framework, implementation roadmap, and portfolio-level execution strategy.
- Oversee multiple project streams, ensuring alignment across business, technology, integration, testing, data migration, and change management.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Drive day-to-day project execution, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, quality, and cost objectives.
- Establish strong governance, including RAID management, status reporting, change control, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, functional, technical, integration, testing, and infrastructure workstreams.
- Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure adherence to Manhattan implementation methodology, Saa S release cycles, and best practices.
- Lead steering committee meetings, project reviews, and customer governance forums.
- Monitor project KPIs, quality metrics, and implementation readiness through go-live and hyper care.
- Foster strong customer relationships and drive successful business outcomes throughout the implementation lifecycle.
