Description: Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate warehouse business requirements.
Analyze current-state processes and define future-state workflows aligned with Manhattan Active WMS capabilities.
Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Support Fit-Gap analysis by mapping business needs to standard product functionality.
Work closely with SMEs, Solution Architects, and technical teams to clarify requirements and ensure solution alignment.
Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and stakeholder sign-offs throughout the project lifecycle.
Support SIT, UAT, defect triage, and business readiness activities to ensure successful solution adoption.
Maintain requirements traceability and assist with training, documentation, and change management activities.
