Audio Speech Evaluator – Expert

• Professional English speakers or candidates with demonstrably expert level English proficiency.
• Natural English accent and strong conversational abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong listening, analytical, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
• Ability to identify differences in:
• Accent and pronunciation.
• Tone and fluency.
• Clarity and pacing.
• Naturalness and conversational quality.
• Candidates should ideally reside in their respective expert-language markets.
• Comfort participating in conversational sessions lasting approximately 20-30 minutes.

4. Role & Responsibilities

• Engage in natural, unscripted conversations with an AI system across different topics and scenarios.
• Evaluate AI-generated speech and conversational responses.
• Assess tone, accent, pronunciation, fluency, clarity, pacing, and naturalness.
• Provide objective, specific, and constructive feedback against defined evaluation guidelines.
• Complete assigned tasks within the prescribed turnaround time while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

5. Assessment & Selection Process

• Written Assessment: Approximately 25-30 minutes, assessing written communication and the ability to provide clear, relevant responses.
• AI Conversation & Evaluation Assessment: Approximately 2.5 hours, involving conversational interactions and detailed evaluation.
• Candidates must submit at least four evaluation tasks within 24 hours of receiving the assignment.
• Successful completion of the assessment process is mandatory before onboarding.
