Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end‑to‑end preparation and presentation of high‑end yacht accommodation for VIP and high net‑worth clients.
  • Greet guests on arrival, provide personalized service, and ensure all onboard needs are met with discretion and efficiency.
  • Oversee and execute the provisioning, storage, and inventory control of all alcohol and beverages; maintain accurate stock‑take and consumption logs.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external suppliers to arrange catering, cleaning products, and guest supplies according to itinerary requirements.
  • Lead onboard housekeeping operations, ensuring all cabins and common areas meet luxury presentation standards at all times.
  • Train and supervise junior crew members in hospitality protocols, service etiquette, cleaning procedures, and guest readiness checklists.
  • Maintain daily cleaning checklists and onboard operations lists to ensure consistency, hygiene and OHS compliance.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests with a focus on discretion, timing, and high service standards; accommodate special dietary requests.
  • Assist safety briefings and support safety drills to ensure guest awareness and regulatory compliance on chartered trips.
  • Collaborate directly with captains, owners, and managers to align operations with guest expectations and trip logistics.
  • Manage cabin turnover, linen changes, and room resets between charters or day events with strict time and quality controls.
  • Source, purchase, and restock all cleaning, hospitality, and accommodation‑related items as required for seamless guest experiences.
  • Contribute to planning and executing onboard events, including drinks service, meal arrangements, and hosting functions.
  • Prepare end‑of‑charter reports detailing inventory usage.
  • Prepare, store, and serve meals and refreshments onboard, strictly adhering to CIEH Level 2 Food Safety guidelines to maintain hygiene, prevent cross‑contamination, and meet all health and safety regulations in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or certificate in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in overseeing hospitality operations or an equivalent industry function.
  • Experience in client relationship management.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service excellence and guest satisfaction focus.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Knowledge in hospitality management software.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
