Role Overview
This role sits within our Group Marketing team based at our Wilmslow HQ, with the primary aim of supporting our Sales function through the creation of high-quality marketing collateral. You’ll also contribute to broader marketing activity as required to support wider business needs. This newly created role is perfect for a Marketing Executive, Senior Marketing Executive or junior Marketing Manager looking to take the next step in their career within a rapidly expanding and forward-thinking business.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce day-to-day pitch decks and presentations to support our Sales team.
- Support key client and partnership marketing initiatives.
- Deliver online events, including webinar series, managing end-to-end content development and stakeholder coordination.
- Create and maintain marketing assets, templates and brand guidelines across multiple brands.
- Manage and update web content using our CMS.
- Develop a variety of content formats such as case studies, one-pagers, sell-sheets and pitch decks.
- Ensure all output is aligned to brand identity and tailored for different audiences including employers, corporate clients and learners.
- Manage multiple deadlines and prioritise workload effectively using Monday.com.
Requirements
- 2/3 years’ experience in a marketing role producing marketing collateral, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Advanced user of Canva, PowerPoint and Word; experience with Adobe InDesign or Photoshop is a bonus.
- Strong copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Highly organised self-starter with strong project management skills and experience handling multiple stakeholders.
- A people-oriented communicator able to build positive working relationships across Sales and wider teams.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen and a commercially minded approach to marketing activity.
- Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot, including supporting content creation such as client-facing landing pages.
- Experience managing and updating web content via a CMS.
- Ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple brands with varying tones and visual identities.
- Ability to distil complex information into clear, persuasive messaging tailored to different audiences.
