With offices in Wilmslow and London, we are expanding at a fantastic rate and we are looking for individuals eager to kick-start their career in recruitment.
We’re looking for driven and enthusiastic Talent Executives to join our growing team in Wilmslow here at Flourish! Our business is geared around great people which is lucky, because we are in the business of people. We prioritise potential over experience and know that each individual is made up of so much more than their CV. If you are passionate about connecting talent with opportunity and thrive in a fast-paced environment with an energetic team, have a go-getter attitude and focus, this is the role for you. You don’t need prior experience to be set up for success, just a strong work ethic and be motivated to succeed.
The Role
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various sales roles.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Advise candidates on interview process and provide support and guidance.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Support on the delivery of our Discovery Day process.
- Meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Working closely with our MD and Talent Director.
Qualities we are looking for:
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to commute to Wilmslow 5 days a week.
- Comfortability speaking with candidates and clients over the phone.
- Target driven.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Money motivated.
