What You’ll be Doing:
Our buzzing office in Wilmslow is where the magic happens. As the ultimate matchmaker between apprentices and employers, you’ll be orchestrating a 360 recruitment process, from creating job descriptions to sealing the deal.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Finding Talent: Use your skills to discover talented individuals through various channels.
- Networking: Make the most of databases and social media to connect with potential candidates.
- Shortlisting Stars: Create candidate shortlists that impress our clients.
- Virtual Selection: Conduct virtual assessment and selection sessions like a pro.
- Interview Orchestrator: Set up interviews and help candidates shine.
- Feedback: Manage feedback and provide guidance to candidates.
- Placing Success: Make sure placements happen seamlessly.
