The Role
As Team Leader, you’ll manage a junior team of 13 Sales Representatives, with headcount set to increase as the department continues its strong growth trajectory. Your focus will be on coaching, motivating, and developing your team to hit ambitious sales targets in a lively call‑centre environment. You’ll lead from the front, bringing structure, energy, and accountability to a team that’s hungry to succeed. This is a full‑time, office‑based role (Monday–Friday) in Hartlepool — perfect for someone who loves the buzz of an in‑person sales floor and knows how to build a winning culture.
Key Responsibilities
