The Opportunity
We’re recruiting a Regional Development Manager to drive sales growth across a Birmingham territory within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector. This is a field‑based role focused on building strong relationships with GP surgeries, pharmacies, secondary care departments and opticians. You’ll take ownership of your territory, delivering consistent, compliant sales messaging while identifying and developing new and existing business opportunities.
The Role
- Manage and grow a defined territory across primary and secondary care
- Engage face‑to‑face with healthcare professionals and key decision‑makers
- Drive sales growth through structured targeting and account planning
- Secure agreements for Medicines Unit Reviews through approved providers
- Plan and manage your own diary to maximise coverage and results
- Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting and KPI tracking
- Operate fully in line with company SOPs and compliance frameworks
What We’re Looking For
- Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills
- Self‑motivated, organised and commercially driven
- Comfortable working independently in a field‑based role
- IT competent
- Full UK driving licence
- Healthcare or field sales experience is desirable but not essential — attitude, drive and potential are key.
