LIFE IN THE ROLE
Following our Ofsted Outstanding achievement, your work ensures our learning experiences consistently perform at the absolute highest level. Here is what your days look like:
- The morning alignment: You will kick off your day by reviewing our live Quality Improvement Plan, diving into Bud Systems to track learner progress, and prepping for a collaborative coaching session with our delivery teams.
- The heart of the work: Most of your time is spent conducting timely desktop sampling, running deep dives across delivery areas and leading mock End-Point Assessments. This is not about ticking compliance boxes; it is about providing rich, developmental feedback to our Development Coaches to directly level up teaching and learning outcomes.
The environment: We operate in a remote-first, high-trust environment with regular collaboration days in our Wilmslow HQ. We value absolute professional ownership over micromanagement. You will have the autonomy to manage your own sampling plans and lead standardisation meetings, fully backed by an innovative team invested in your success.
