The Opportunity

We’re hiring a commercially driven Account Manager to join a growing business within the logistics sector, playing a critical role in driving sustainable revenue growth while protecting and expanding an existing customer base. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Revenue Growth & Account Development
    • Proactively grow revenue across new and existing logistics customers through structured account plans
    • Identify upsell, cross‑sell and expansion opportunities using activity, trend, and credit analysis
    • Re‑engage down‑trading or inactive customers through targeted outbound call campaigns
    • Convert stalled or lost quotes into active bookings by addressing root causes and re‑positioning solutions
  • Cross‑Functional Alignment
    • Work closely with Customer Services and Finance using a structured Sales–CS–Finance model
    • Proactively manage customer ageing and debt exposure
    • Align commercial activity with credit risk to protect margin and revenue
    • Own weekly priority customer lists and ensure proactive engagement where activity has dropped
  • Systems & Reporting
    • Use HubSpot as the single source of truth for call cycles, pipeline, account activity, onboarding, and retention
    • Maintain accurate, action‑focused reporting that drives decisions and follow‑up
