The Role: Sales Development

  • Engage with SMEs via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Learn how to position services effectively and generate interest
  • Research businesses to understand their needs and challenges

Client Engagement

  • Book and attend meetings with prospective clients
  • Build confidence through real sales conversations

Understanding Customer Needs

  • Develop knowledge of logistics and operational challenges
  • Support in presenting tailored, value‑led solutions

Training & Progression

  • Participate in structured onboarding, coaching, and roleplay sessions
  • Build your own pipeline of opportunities
  • Progress towards closing deals with support from experienced mentors

Account Development

  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Support account growth and long‑term customer success

What We’re Looking For
