Commercial & Account Ownership- Grow revenue across existing logistics accounts through proactive engagement
- Identify upsell, cross‑sell, and expansion opportunities using customer activity and trends
- Re‑engage inactive or down‑trading customers through targeted outbound calls
- Review and revive stalled or lost quotes by addressing objections and repositioning solutions
- Partner closely with Customer Services and Finance to protect and grow revenue
- Monitor customer ageing and debt exposure, aligning activity with credit considerations
- Act on weekly priority customer lists where engagement or bookings have dropped
- Maintain clear, accurate account and pipeline records in HubSpot
