The Role
This is an entry‑level role focused on building and managing relationships within a B2B environment. As a Graduate Account Manager, you’ll learn how to support and grow client accounts while developing key commercial and communication skills.
You Will
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Act as a key point of contact, delivering excellent service and support
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored cybersecurity solutions (full training provided)
- Support senior team members in managing and growing strategic accounts
- Identify opportunities to expand accounts and drive revenue growth
- Manage and develop your own portfolio of accounts over time
- Develop key skills in communication, client management, and commercial awareness
