We’re entering the most exciting chapter in our history. For nearly a decade, we’ve been the gold standard in data grids, trusted by millions of developers. Now, with charts, a new product launch, scheduling, and Gantt tools expanding our offering, we’re building a modern marketing organisation that brings clarity, narrative, and commercial impact to a rapidly growing product suite. This is a rare opportunity to join a product-led company with deep technical credibility, a loyal developer audience, and ambitious growth plans. You’ll help build a marketing function that’s strategic, disciplined, and grounded in effectiveness, not just tactics. If you love turning product capabilities into crisp value, guiding launches, and shaping how developers and decision-makers understand our offering, you’ll have massive influence here.

Responsibilities

  • Own product positioning and messaging across our expanding component suite
  • Build go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases
  • Translate technical features into business value for developers and decision-makers
  • Create sales enablement materials: pitch decks, one-pagers, proof points, objection handling
  • Partner with Demand Gen to develop campaign messaging that converts
  • Work with Community and DevRel to ensure messaging reflects how developers actually talk
  • Analyse customer, sales, and community feedback to inform product roadmap and marketing strategy

What Success Looks Like

  • Clear, consistent messaging that developers trust and decision-makers understand
  • Stronger conversion at every stage of the funnel
  • Product launches that generate buzz, trial, and adoption
  • Sales teams equipped with materials that close deals

Must-have

  • 5+ years in product marketing for developer tools, SaaS, or B2B technical products
  • Experience building and executing go-to-market strategies end-to-end
  • Strong technical fluency—you can read code examples and understand architectural decisions
  • Excellent storytelling ability: you make complex things clear without dumbing them down
  • Experience creating sales enablement content that actually gets used

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in devtools, frontend tooling, charts, grids, or component libraries
  • Ability to translate technical terms like row virtualisation, column filtering, pivoting, infinite scrolling, or cell editors into buyer-friendly value propositions
  • Experience launching products to engineering managers, architects, and CTOs (our buyers)
  • Understanding of frontend developer workflows, including bundlers, frameworks, and performance constraints
