What You’ll Own
You’ll be responsible for creating new sales opportunities across the Nordics market. Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you’ll engage senior stakeholders, build pipeline, and develop the skills needed to become a top-performing SaaS sales professional.
Your Day-to-day Will Include
- Proactively reaching out to decision-makers via calls, email and social channels
- Converting marketing-generated leads into qualified opportunities
- Researching target accounts and tailoring messaging using buyer-intent data
- Running structured outreach cadences to maximise response rates
- Consistently working towards clear activity and revenue targets
What you bring
- 1–3 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales or BDR role (SaaS preferred)
- Confidence with cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Fluency in English plus Danish, Finnish, or another Scandinavian language
- A driven, curious mindset with a strong desire to learn and progress
- Experience with CRM or sales engagement tools (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
