We’re partnered with a highly recognisable household brand in the logistics sector to recruit a Field Sales Representative based out of Leicester. This is a true B2B, face-to-face sales position, focused on developing relationships with local businesses — not knocking on residential doors or selling to the public. You’ll be out meeting clients, understanding how their operations work, and helping them access logistics solutions that actually make a difference to their business.
A quick but important clarification: This role is not door-to-door sales. You’ll be engaging with businesses only, working within a defined territory and dealing with professional decision-makers. Think scheduled meetings, warm conversations, and long-term partnerships — not cold doorsteps.
What you’ll be doing:
- Look after and grow a portfolio of business customers across Leicester and the surrounding areas
- Spend the majority of your time meeting clients face-to-face
- Identify new B2B opportunities within your territory
- Build trust and long-term relationships with small and medium-sized businesses
- Plan and manage your own diary, balancing new business and account development
This is a role for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and being out in the field rather than behind a desk.

…then this could be a great step into a professional field sales career.
You’ll Need:
- A full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle (essential for client visits)
- The confidence to speak with business owners and senior contacts
- A genuine interest in learning and developing in sales
What’s in it for you:
- Competitive basic salary of £28,000–£32,000
- £20,000 OTE, realistically achievable in your first year
- Comprehensive B2B sales training delivered by one of the UK’s leading sales development organisations
