Flourish are partnering with a rapidly growing cybersecurity company in Leeds on the hunt for an SDR manager to lead five BDEs. The company has scaled to 20 million revenue in 1 year and is looking to grow to 100 million within the next 3 years.

The Role: You will be a BDE manager, mentoring, leading and coaching a new team of Junior BDEs who will be focused on outbound activity driving the sale of cybersecurity services. Working closely with the Sales Director, you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDEs through regular 1:1s, call coaching, and performance reviews
- Build and refine outreach sequences, messaging, and SDR playbooks
- Drive pipeline generation across mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Work closely with marketing to improve campaign quality and conversion
- Use data and CRM insights to optimise outreach performance and sequencing
- Support onboarding and enablement for future SDR hires as the team grows
- Engage senior stakeholders including CTOs, CIOs, CFOs, and IT leaders
