You’ll join a fast‑paced Network Sales Team, developing new business within a defined Leeds territory. No previous sales experience is required — full training, coaching, and ongoing support will be provided. What matters most is your attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
The Role
- Building and managing your own pipeline of prospective SME customers
- Speaking with business owners to understand their needs and introduce suitable logistics solutions
- Managing activity and progress through a CRM system
- Working towards clear monthly and quarterly targets
- Onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth go‑live experience
- Collaborating with operations and customer service teams to deliver a strong customer experience

- Salary: £28,000 – £34,000
- Commission: Uncapped, £20,000 OTE
- Car Allowance: £4,500 per annum
