Unlike many entry-level sales roles, you won't carry a personal revenue target during your apprenticeship. Instead, the focus will be on learning, development and building the skills needed for a long-term, successful career in sales. What You'll Be Doing Working alongside experienced sales professionals, you'll gain exposure to the full sales cycle and learn how high-performing commercial teams operate.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Building relationships with new and existing customers
- Supporting account management and business development activities
- Researching prospective organisations and identifying opportunities
- Conducting outreach through phone, email and LinkedIn
- Attending customer meetings and learning consultative selling techniques
- Supporting proposals, presentations and customer reviews
- Maintaining CRM records and managing sales data
- Collaborating with Marketing, Customer Success and Operations teams
