About The Company

The Position
As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a well‑established portfolio of around 150 clients. Your primary focus will be maintaining strong relationships, ensuring high retention levels, and driving revenue growth through existing accounts. This role blends relationship management with a commercial edge – ideal for someone who enjoys both client interaction and achieving targets.
Key Duties
- Oversee and nurture a portfolio of approximately 150 accounts
- Manage the full renewal cycle to maximise retention rates
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell additional services
- Build trust with clients to understand their needs and challenges
- Act as the go‑to contact for all account‑related matters
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery
- Monitor account performance and take proactive action where needed
