What You’ll Be Doing Managing & Growing Accounts– Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of service & satisfaction. Identifying Growth Opportunities – Spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise revenue. Understanding Client Needs – Provide tailored solutions and strategic recommendations. Driving New Business – Identify and map out new opportunities within your portfolio. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or account management. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Strong organisational & time management skills to juggle multiple accounts. A problem-solving mindset with a passion for customer success.
