Salary £28,000–£32,000 base + £10,000–£20,000 OTE (Year 1)

Responsibilities:

  • Starting conversations with potential clients (no awkward scripts, just real conversations)
  • Booking meetings for our senior sales team
  • Learning how businesses actually work from inside out
  • Building confidence, resilience, and serious communication skills
