We're looking for ambitious graduates to join our commercial team as Sales Associates, helping connect leading pharmaceutical and healthcare organisations with innovative marketing and educational solutions. Our top performers can progress into a full Account Executive role within 12‑18 months, taking ownership of their own clients, running the sales process end‑to‑end, and significantly increasing their earning potential.

What You'll Be Doing As a Sales Associate
- Researching and identifying target pharmaceutical, healthcare and life sciences organisations
- Speaking with senior stakeholders across multiple channels including phone, email and LinkedIn
- Building relationships and uncovering business challenges
- Booking qualified meetings for the sales team
- Working closely with Account Executives on target accounts and campaign strategy
- Managing activity accurately within the CRM
- Learning the commercial landscape of different therapy areas and healthcare markets
- Contributing ideas, testing new messaging and continually improving your approach
