Field Sales Executive – Full Training Provided.

This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their sales career who is confident speaking to people, resilient when faced with rejection, and motivated by results. You’ll join a fast‑paced Network Sales Team, responsible for developing new business within a defined local area. No prior sales experience is required — full training, coaching, and ongoing support are provided. What matters most is attitude, confidence, and a willingness to learn.

The role

  • Building and managing your own pipeline of prospective SME customers
  • Speaking with business owners to understand their needs and introduce appropriate logistics solutions
  • Managing activity and progress through a CRM system
  • Working towards clear monthly and quarterly targets
  • Onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth go‑live experience
  • Collaborating with operations and customer service teams to deliver a strong customer experience

This is a hands‑on, people‑focused role suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, accountability, and being out in the field.

Salary and location

Salary band: £28k–£34k
Commission: Uncapped, OTE 20k
Car allowance: £4,500 per annum
Location: Various / area‑based across Birmingham, Stafford and Stoke
Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager
