The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive sales and build strong relationships across a Birmingham‑based healthcare territory. This is a field‑based role focused on engaging face‑to‑face with GP surgeries, pharmacies, secondary care teams and opticians. You’ll develop both new and existing business while working within a compliant and structured environment. You’ll have full ownership of your territory, supported by comprehensive training, ongoing coaching and clear career progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a defined territory across primary and secondary care
  • Build long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals and decision‑makers
  • Drive sales growth through targeted account planning and consistent messaging
  • Secure agreements for Medicines Unit Reviews via approved providers
  • Plan and manage your diary to maximise activity and coverage
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting and KPI tracking
  • Operate fully in line with company SOPs and compliance requirements

About You

  • Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills
  • Self‑motivated, organised and commercially driven
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a field‑based role
  • IT‑literate
  • Full UK driving licence
