We are recruiting for an ambitious Talent Executive to join the internal Talent Acquisition team of a global healthcare publishing and medical communications organisation.

The Role As a Talent Executive, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment activity across the business. You'll build relationships with prospective candidates, develop talent pipelines and contribute to the hiring process from initial outreach through to interview coordination.
Using LinkedIn Recruiter, market research, networking and candidate engagement techniques, you'll proactively identify talented professionals and create a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and networking activities.
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospective candidates.
- Developing talent pipelines for current vacancies and future hiring requirements.
- Conducting market mapping and competitor research to identify talent pools.
- Writing personalised candidate outreach messages and engagement campaigns.
- Screening candidates and assessing suitability against role requirements.
- Coordinating interviews and maintaining strong candidate communication throughout the process.
- Updating and maintaining accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Working closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand recruitment needs.
- Providing market insights and contributing ideas to improve sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes.
