We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Account Manager to join our expanding team in Epsom.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their sales or customer‑facing career.

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Building relationships with an existing portfolio of customers
  • Acting as a friendly and helpful point of contact for client enquiries
  • Supporting account renewals and helping customers get the most from their service
  • Identifying opportunities to introduce additional products and services
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver a positive customer experience
  • Keeping customer records up to date and monitoring account activity
  • Learning key account management and commercial skills from experienced colleagues
