About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic AI Development Coach to support and mentor apprentices throughout their learning journey. Your role will involve delivering high-quality coaching, assessment, and support, helping learners develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed for operational management success.
- Mentor and Coach: Provide guidance and support to apprentices studying their Digital Support Technician L3 apprenticeship, ensuring they progress and achieve their qualifications.
- Engaging Sessions: Plan and deliver dynamic learning sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching tailored to individual learner needs.
- Progress Monitoring: Maintain accurate records of learner progress and ensure adherence to quality and regulatory requirements.
Relevant experience in digital support roles, including experience with AI solutions. Experience in coaching, mentoring, and assessing management apprentices. Proficiency in using e-portfolio systems and virtual learning platforms.
