Job Description
Overvie w Apprentify Group is seeking a performance-driven Digital Acquisition Manager to lead our paid media, CRO, and digital acquisition strategy across the Groups portfolio of brands. Reporting to the Performance Marketing Director, you will manage a multi-channel digital strategy to drive qualified leads, enhance conversion performance, and optimise marketing ROI. \\n As a senior member of the Performance Marketing Team, you will oversee all paid media channels, SEO, CRO, and on-site conversion optimisation.
You will collaborate closely with the CRM & Email Marketing Manager, as well as the Group Head of Marketing, to ensure seamless integration across digital touchpoints from awareness through to retention. \\n This is a strategic and hands-on role ideal for a data-led marketer who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Youll manage budgets, campaigns, and performance analytics while driving innovation in digital lead generation.

The postholder will be required to undergo a Safer Recruitment check prior to starting work, including an enhanced DBS check and reference check. \\n Own and deliver the Groups digital acquisition strategy, driving lead generation, brand awareness, and measurable business growth.
\\n Oversee the performance and budget allocation across all digital channels, ensuring maximum efficiency and ROI. \\n Lead on SEO strategy and collaborate with content teams to improve visibility, website performance, and organic lead acquisition. \\n Lead on CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) strategies across websites and landing pages, analysing data to implement experiments that improve conversion performance.
\\n Brief, test, and optimise creative content used across paid media campaigns, working with designers and copywriters to continually enhance performance. \\n Develop A/B and multivariate testing frameworks to refine ad creatives, landing pages, and calls to action. \\n Track and report on digital performance, producing weekly and monthly dashboards to communicate insights and actions to senior stakeholders.
\\n Manage relationships with key digital partners and platforms, staying ahead of emerging opportunities and best practices. \\n Collaborate with the CRM & Email Marketing Manager to align acquisition and retention efforts, ensuring a seamless customer journey from first touchpoint to conversion. \\n Experiment with new lead generation channels and strategies, documenting performance and scaling successful approaches.
\\n Support and mentor junior digital marketing staff, fostering a culture of testing, learning, and data-led improvement. \\n\\n 4+ years experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or paid media management. \\n~ Experience with SEO tools and strategies for on-page and off-page optimisation.
\\n~ Data-driven with proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, or equivalent reporting platforms. \\n~ Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g. Excellent understanding of digital funnels and performance attribution models.
\\n\\n Experience in education, apprenticeships, or training sectors. \\n Understanding of user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimisation. \\n Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for ad and landing page troubleshooting.
\\n Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. \\n Results-oriented with a focus on driving measurable performance. \\n Adaptable and creative, with a strong test-and-learn mindset.
\\n Excellent communicator, capable of collaborating across marketing, sales, and operations.
