We are looking for a highly motivated Compliance Administrator to join our Compliance Team to manage apprentice records, deliver best practice controls and processes and ensure Apprentify complies with all Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) funding rules. Reporting to the Compliance Team Leader, the role covers a range of administrative tasks and requires co-ordination with apprentices, employers, end-point assessment organisations and internal stakeholders to ensure apprenticeship paperwork is completed efficiently, accurately and in accordance with ESFA rules and regulations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling exams and assessments
- Performing checks on programme controls
- Ensuring evidence is supplied to support funding claims
- Developing and maintaining effective compliance processes and procedures
- Conducting regular audits on evidence packs
- Providing support to apprentices, employers and internal staff to communicate assessment and compliance procedures
- Carrying out compliance checks on data and documentation
- Updating relevant systems and communicating issues and queries to other stakeholders
- Carrying out online exam invigilation
- Ensuring the smooth flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Completing compliance checks on documentation for all apprentices, ensuring that evidence is robust and meets funding rules and regulations
- Resolving any issues by working collaboratively with relevant Apprentify stakeholders
- Supporting the compliance team with the monthly ILR return to the ESFA, ensuring ILRs are accurate, error free and timely in-line with funding guidance
- Updating monthly operational data reports and tracking systems
You will be part of a Compliance Team which continuously seeks to build better, more efficient processes. Comply with all Apprentify policies and procedures. Work to the Apprentify compliance standards within the context of the Apprentify systems. Provide information on best practice and deliver staff training as appropriate.
