We are looking for a passionate and organised Business Support Co-Ordinator to join our growing team at Apprentify. You will be providing administrative support to the Business across different operational departments.

Operational & Team Support
  • Provide support to Coaches, Trainers, and Management
  • Schedule virtual classroom sessions
  • Support for Customer Success Team, systems orientation
  • Support for Enablement Team – resource cover
  • Monitor attendance, engagement, and quality of learning evidence
  • Work with Inclusion team to ensure learners requiring support are identified and actioned
  • Support marking of e-learning activities within agreed SLA
Compliance & Continuous Improvement
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and attend CPD/training

Excellent organisational and time management skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Demonstrates an understanding of how operational efficiency and data accuracy underpin successful apprenticeship delivery and employer satisfaction.
  • Supports processes (e.g. learner tracking, reporting, compliance activities) in a way that contributes to strong programme performance and business impact.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to improve processes, systems, and ways of working across administration and learner support.
  • Uses data (e.g. attendance, progress, engagement) and feedback to suggest enhancements that improve learner outcomes and operational effectiveness.
  • Builds effective working relationships with Coaches, Trainers, Inclusion, and operational teams to ensure learners are supported holistically.
  • Communicates clearly and escalates issues appropriately to maintain momentum and quality across learner journeys.
  • Actively contributes to strong learner progression by ensuring timely reporting, accurate tracking, and early identification of risks (e.g. disengagement, missed milestones).
  • Supports the achievement of programme KPIs by maintaining high standards across compliance, administration, and learner engagement processes.
