Business Development Executive – Fuel Solutions

Salary: £25,000 base + Uncapped Commission

Our client are a fast-growing Hartlepool-based company providing fuel cards and commercial fuel solutions to businesses across the UK. As part of our continued expansion, we’re looking for a driven and proactive Business Development Executive to join the team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a natural flair for sales, or someone looking to take their first step into business development with full training and support provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential new clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Understand the fuel needs of businesses and confidently present tailored solutions
  • Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Book and attend calls or meetings (virtually or by phone) to close new deals
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity using our CRM system

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proactive and confident approach to contacting new prospects
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • An interest in business sales and developing long-term client relationships
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience is helpful but not essential – full training is provided
