Flourish are hiring for an exciting SaaS business in the West Midlands who are looking to bring in an Entry-Level Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their sales career who is hungry to succeed, confident in their approach, and eager to learn from experienced professionals within a high-performing SaaS environment.

As a BDR, you’ll play a key role in generating new business opportunities and building the foundations of the sales pipeline. You’ll be responsible for outbound activity and relationship building, while also having the chance to shadow senior sales professionals to learn how deals are managed and closed from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting new clients through cold calling, door knocking, and outbound activity
  • Building and nurturing relationships with potential customers
  • Identifying, qualifying, and opening new sales opportunities
  • Booking meetings for senior sales team members
  • Shadowing experienced sales professionals to develop sales and commercial skills
  • Maintaining accurate records of activity using CRM systems
