We're looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Account Manager to join our team in Basingstoke. This is a high-impact role where you'll take ownership of key customer relationships, lead growth strategies, and play a pivotal part in shaping our success within the technology sector.

What You'll Do- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value B2B accounts
- Build long-term, strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Identify and secure upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
- Present new products, vendors, and technologies to support customer growth
- Lead proactive outreach, customer visits, and quarterly business reviews
- Develop structured account plans using market trends and client insights
- Oversee the full pre- and post-sales process to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Commercial, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance
- Mentor junior team members and set a high standard of performance
- Proven experience managing high-value or strategic B2B accounts
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
- Ability to communicate and negotiate confidently at senior stakeholder level
- Strategic mindset with excellent planning and forecasting skills
