Entry-Level Account Executive – Shipping & Logistics
Basingstoke (Office-Based)
£30,000 – £35,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £60,000+)
We’re partnering with a growing logistics business in Bedford that is looking to bring on a Sales Executive to help drive their next phase of growth.
This is a full 360 sales role where you’ll own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and winning new business to building long‑term client relationships - with the added benefit of lifetime commission on your accounts.

The Role
- Identify, target, and win new business across the shipping & logistics sector
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, negotiating, and closing
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships
- Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and logistics solutions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a sales or business development role (any sector considered)
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- A results‑driven mindset with a hunger to earn
- Resilient, proactive, and motivated to succeed in a target‑driven environment
- Interest in logistics, shipping, or supply chain is a plus—but full training will be provided
