Their platform is used globally by everyone from early‐stage fintechs to large financial institutions, and the business is scaling quickly. This is a high‐performance, founder‐led environment. The role: As a Business Development Executive you'll be focused on opening doors and creating revenue opportunities across Europe and the Middle East.
Responsibilities- Identifying and targeting banks and fintechs
- Engaging senior decision‐makers via cold calls and personalised outreach
- Building strong commercial conversations through research and insight
- Generating qualified opportunities for the sales team
- Working closely with founders and sales leadership on go‐to‐market strategy
This is not a routine role. You'll hear rejection daily and be expected to keep pushing. Some flexibility around hours is required when the business demands it.
