Your first coffee: you'll start the day reviewing where your learners are- checking progress notes, prepping sessions and responding to apprentices who need support before the day picks up. The real work: Most of your time is spent coaching apprentices through the practical application of AI tools in their actual jobs and managing the documentation that keeps the programme compliant and on track. A learner goes off-script. A business changes direction. A tool updates overnight. It moves fast, sometimes gets messy, but it's never boring. The environment : remote-first.
