We're recruiting a driven Sales Development Representative to join a fast-growing technology business based in Manchester. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound sales, performs well in a target-driven environment, and wants to build a long-term career in tech sales with clear earning potential and progression.
As an SDR, you'll be responsible for generating new revenue opportunities by engaging prospective customers, understanding their challenges, and positioning solutions that deliver real value. You'll act as the first point of contact for future clients and play a vital role in the company's overall sales strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identifying and engaging prospective customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Leading discovery conversations to qualify needs and commercial fit
- Booking high-quality meetings and product demos for Account Executives
- Consistently achieving activity, pipeline, and performance targets
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records
