You’ll take full end‑to‑end responsibility for accounting, FP&A and treasury across approximately 10 entities spanning the UK, Germany, France, Netherlands and South Africa, overseeing an annual revenue base of c.£25‑£30million. With minimal day‑to‑day oversight from global leadership, you’ll operate with real autonomy leading a regional finance team, shaping processes, and being the senior financial voice for the region at C‑suite level.
Full ownership of accounting, FP&A and treasury for the EMEA region – leading a team of circa 7, including UK‑based accounting staff and in‑country Finance Managers across Germany, France and South Africa – preparing and owning the annual budget process – overseeing statutory audits across the region – presenting monthly financial results to senior leadership – supporting the integration of new business acquisitions and partners into group finance processes – building out structured people leadership, coaching and development within the finance team – driving continuous improvement of financial processes and controls.
Responsibilities- Own accounting, FP&A and treasury for the EMEA region and its 10 entities.
- Lead a team of approximately 7 finance professionals across multiple countries.
- Prepare and own the annual budget process.
- Oversee statutory audits across the region.
- Present monthly financial results to senior leadership.
- Support the integration of new business acquisitions and partners into group finance processes.
- Build structured people leadership, coaching and development within the finance team.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and controls.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Demonstrable experience leading and developing a finance team.
- Experience presenting financial performance to senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading or closely overseeing statutory audits.
- Experience with budgeting and cash‑flow forecasting.
- Background in a franchise, SaaS, or logistics business model.
- £80,000–£100,000 base salary, dependent on experience.
