Netcom Training is offering a fully funded, in‑person Social Media Video Production Pro course, one of the only hands‑on video production programmes of its kind in the West Midlands. This isn’t an online course you’ll forget about by week three. You’ll be in a room with other creatives, on professional equipment, building skills that employers are actively hiring for right now.
What You’ll Learn
- Adobe Premiere Pro editing, transitions, effects and graphics from beginner to confident
- After Effects motion graphics and dynamic content creation
- Cinematography – professional lighting setups, gimbal operation, and tripod technique
- Audio – adjusting levels and integrating professional sound into your edits
- Marketing & Strategy – researching client bases, planning campaigns and managing production budgets
- Final Assessment – shoot and edit your own video, leaving with a real portfolio piece

- Duration: 16 weeks
- Schedule: Wednesdays 5:30‑9:30 pm & Saturdays 2:00‑3:30 pm
- Cost: Fully funded – no fees whatsoever
- Qualification: Netcom Certificate of Completion (Level 3)

You’re Eligible If You:
- Live in the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) area
- Earn below £34,194 gross per year
- Are aged 19 or over
- Have basic IT skills
- Are not currently enrolled in other government-funded training
