Life as a Tax Apprentice: You will work on a variety of high‑profile projects within a collaborative team. You will help clients navigate complex tax policy landscapes and stay compliant with regulation, ensuring the right tax is paid at the right time. You will tackle challenges at the heart of client organisations, develop a broad understanding of business operations, and acquire valuable technical skills and professional qualifications.

Your Future: During the programme you will study for an AAT Level 3 initially, then progress to the ACA (or CA equivalent in Scotland). Learning is delivered online and in person, supported by resources and a supportive community designed to help you thrive, develop technical skills, and reach your full potential.

  • Qualifications: AAT Level 3/4 plus the ACA qualification or CA equivalent (Scotland)
  • Entry Requirements: 5 GCSEs at A*–C (or 5 National 5s in Scotland) including English Language and Maths, and 120 UCAS points from top three A‑Levels (or equivalent).

Training and Development: All apprentices receive a rich curriculum: immersive induction, formal training courses, leadership knowledge bites, learning journals, online courses and networking events. The AAT Level 3 and 4 phases are spread over two years, followed by Level 7 ACA/CA qualification, delivered through a blend of online classroom live and recorded courses plus in‑centre classroom courses.

Life as an Audit Apprentice: You’ll work on complex engagements with some of the world’s biggest companies, support continuous improvement and audit quality, and use new technologies such as AI to analyse data. Travel is likely, and work is seasonal.

Your Future in Audit: You will study toward a professional accounting qualification while receiving training and resources to thrive. Dedicated study leave supports qualification attainment. You will handle challenging projects with a supportive team, growing professionally and managing new audit engagements with confidence.
