Company Description
Apprentago is an AI-powered early careers platform helping over 600,000 young people discover, prepare for and secure apprenticeships and work experience. It was built from lived experience. Our founder left school with no qualifications and found a life-changing degree apprenticeship on page six of Google. Apprentago exists so no young person has to rely on luck to find theirs. Young people use Apprentago for free. They find roles, build CVs, track applications and prepare for interviews with an AI career coach, all in one place. We connect young people, employers, educators and government. We work with over 125 corporates, with roles from more than 11,000 businesses live on the platform. Employers post roles for free. Schools and colleges subscribe to track and evidence work experience hours and apprenticeship applications, turning every teacher into a careers leader. Regional government gets real time insight into NEET and pre-NEET outcomes, building a live talent pipeline. We are a delivery partner in the UK Government Youth Guarantee programme, working with over 150 schools and 30 colleges. We are just getting started.
Role Description
We work with big corporates and Mid Market SMEs; this role exists to grow that list and deepen the relationships we already have. Posting roles on Apprentago is free. That is the point. What you will be selling is everything around it:
- Getting employers in front of careers leaders and into timetabled lessons in over 150 schools, evidenced on the platform
- Proving social value with real data employers can report on
- Helping employers find the right early careers talent, not just more applicants
- TikTok campaigns that put their opportunities in front of young people where they actually are, produced by our team
- Helping employers access grant funding to take on apprentices, with Apprentago managing the process end to end
You will contribute to the corporate pipeline end to end. Finding the right people, booking the calls, helping close the deals, keeping partners happy so they renew and grow.
Who we are looking for
- Proven B2B sales or partnerships experience, ideally selling to HR, emerging talent or CSR teams
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, early careers recruitment or employer brand is a strong advantage. You will know the buyer because you have been the buyer
- Someone who cares about the mission. You will be selling social impact backed by data, not ad space
- Comfortable in a small, fast team where you own your numbers
The package
Paid - £1,200 for Part time 2 days per week on a 3 month term, 7% commission on every sale, potential to extend or grow the role as Apprentago scales.
